"Our balcony was perfect for two and the room was the quietest room (no noise) in which we have ever stayed. We upgraded to a view of the gulf and watched the boats pass by on their way to and from the marina...beautiful! This Hyatt is a five minute walk to Duval St. with all of the shops, restaurants and the marina nearby...wonderful place to stay!"

Elevator was not working, air conditioner in the room was not working, bathroom tile walls had very visible dirt and stains from neglect and poor standards of cleaning. I would think twice and check around before booking here, the location is great but the hotel has degraded significantly over the years since our family last stayed here."

"Location is great for activities. Staff was friendly. Even though Rosters are part of Key West, they are getting out of control with crowing all night out your bedroom window (take ear plugs). There is a hidden hotel amenity fee of $39.99 per night for a couple. I did double-check Expedia advertisement and the parking fee is mentioned but not the amenity fee. If you check other sites it is mentioned. Overall it is a unique place to stay and would do it over."
