Bed was super comfortable and the service was excellent. Might go back to London just to stay at this hotel! "

"Great location. Bright, fresh lobby decor. Color changing lights in the bathroom were fun. Bed comfortable. Had issues with the room temperature—it kept saying it was 64 degrees F but it sure felt hotter. Wouldn’t let us go any lower. Toilet 1/2 worked. When we first arrived staff was a little short with us, but after that everyone was very cool and helpful. "

"Enjoyed our stay at the property. Easy to walk to the London Eye, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. The tube station is right next to the hotel which we took from Heathrow airport, very cheap and convenient . "

"We had a lovely 5 night stay at the Mad hatter Inn. Very good location. Easy access to Southwark tube station. Close to Borough Market which is a must see. Hotel room was comfortable and very clean. Fair price, especially for London. Nice to have a pub downstairs. Hotel staff very engaging and friendly. Only issue was a faulty electric tea kettle. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others."

"Very clean and modern hotel. Ibis Styles is on the top end of the Ibis group, and you can tell. The room was not huge, but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was included and very good. More in the continental breakfast style rather than heavy fully English. Location was great for Southbank exploration. Would recommend and stay again."
