This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it was very clean, and the lobby was quiet and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive. I especially want to mention the front desk attendant, though I’ve forgotten his name, he was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We'll be staying at this hotel again.

Perfect for a two night sight-seeing trip in Central London. A 5 min walk to the underground can grant you convenient access to Big Ben, The London Eye or The Shard, all of which can be partially seen from the roof-top bar. A pleasant, comfortable and quiet room despite jets flying over regularly (could see them but no noise). Friendlly and helpful staff. I would certainly stay there again.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near buses, trains, and the subway. It's in a quiet zone, yet pretty close to the city center. Things to improve: • The lighting in the bathroom, especially around the mirror area, needs improvement. • The bathroom door could also use some attention. • For safety reasons, it would be beneficial to replace the bathtub with a shower. Great level of service, attentive and helpful staff. Absolutely cracking view over London. We ate lunch in the Circle Bar in the lobby. Not the cheapest but excellent nonetheless. Discovered a lovely organic white Rubio Rioja, after the bar tender kindly allowed us to taste all the dry whites on offer.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and a good location. The roof top terrace bar was lovely with great views of the London skyline. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was fairly noisy at night with siren.
