The location is great - an easy walk to Victoria Station and bus stops that serve all of the central London locations that we visited (get the TfL Go app), and easy walk to Buckingham Palace / St. James Park. The grocery store is close by and we made a few meals in the kitchen, and there are several great restaurants within a one block walk....

"The property was advertised as a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath with 5 beds. There were actually only 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a total of 3 beds. We had guests sleep on sofa because of this. We asked the host when we arrived about the discrepancy. They said they would check on it and did not get back to us for 4 days and never addressed the deception. They also advertise how much they love the private patio in the description - there is no private patio. They advertised that there is air...

"Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very prompt and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. "

"One upstairs bathroom has no ventilation and the other only has a hole in the wall to the outside, the size of a saucer. This is no doubt the cause of the black mold in both bathrooms!! The ground floor loo has a strong smell of poo similar to a broken sewer line!! There is only one door from this into the kitchen!!. This is a serious code violation. "

"Great place to stay, close to everything or a short drive or short trip on the tube. Host was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Pubs and restaurants were a short walk unless you want something in particular. Overall a great place."
