"This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"

" Absolutely amazing stay at Shangri-La Colombo! The hotel is stunning and super comfortable, but what really stood out was the incredible service. Special thanks to Nisal at the front desk—so professional and helpful—and Ishani in the lobby lounge, who was warm, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! "
