"The hotel is old but is well maintained and the rooms are very clean. Good value for the cost. Owners are nice and work with you. The area is old Sacramento so it is what it is. Close to the hospital so was in easy walking distance while my wife had surgery."

"The picture were not like what it looked like at all. The spa was down. We had a lady and child open our door at 7am and they called us at 6 to see who was in the room. The floors were very dirty and the tub had hair in it. "

"Placard said my rm was cleaned by “Na jiira;” she did a poor job. Room had musty odor & I went out, bought Chlorox wipes, & set around the room to kill smell. In the bathroom, top of tile had been wiped repeatedly to each corner and the debris left there. Have stayed with you many times & never had a room in such bad condition. Housekeepers need to be instructed on proper cleaning methods."

"Breakfast was great, coffee was hot. Rooms are clean and well made up. The accomdate well for a whole lacrosse team. "

"The beds were very comfortable, the room was pretty clean and the continental breakfast was decent. The room was a little musty. The elevator (which has an expired inspection) made noises that you could hear in the room everytime the door opened and closed, I told maintenance, but they didn't seem to care. At 3:30am someone was banging on our door while covering our view hole, and we called the police because the front desk wasn't answering the phone. Someone had a birthday party and the entire pool (which is quite small) was jam packed so nobody else could use it. The front desk staff and cleaning crew were all very kind."
