"Nice smooth check in, room was nice and clean. We did have one light/lamp that didnt work called the front desk and somone was supposed to go up to check it out but never did. Soooooo we were down one light, that during the day it was okay with getting plenty of outside light. Property is currently under construction with zero noise complaints. View from our room was nice my boys loved it. Parking was not bad at all for it being a busy graduation weekend. Overall nice hotel off the Central Expressway. "

"My room wasn't ready so I was assigned another room. Keys to room wouldn't work even though they did program several times. They ended up switching rooms which was fine. But the system ended up charging my card 4 times for the room and deposit. They did attempt to void the charges, but every time a charge was removed another one was added as pending. I ended up having a hold on over $800 for a room that cost $150. I learned of the issued because my card company alerted me of the excessive charges. The staff was nice and tried to assure me the charges would fall off. They are still pending in my account. Fingers crossed it get resolved. "

"The hotel staff was courteous and kind throughout my stay. When I checked out, I left my personal items (a dress and shoes) in the closet. I called back and spoke with the concierge, Darrell, and he was excellent in getting my items to my friend, who brought them home to me. This is a top-tier property with a well-trained staff."
