"Hi There, I am a member of IHG, but I never had a terrible experience like this one such as : 1. The coffee machine was not working and I informed both the reception and teh cleaning staff about it. Nothing happened. Moreover, on the 3rd day in the morning, I took the machine down at the reception , with the the kind request to replace it with a working one. In the evening coming back, I asked for it and I was given an working one as receptionist told me. It proven that it was not working as well and I suppose that was the same I left in the morning. 2. During my stay the towels we changed one time in 6 days. 3. The room was not vacuumed at all for 6 days. Basically this is it. For the rest the reception staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was beautiful! I love the artsy decor. It's a small hotel so there was only one restaurant that was open for all three meals. I only ate there once for lunch. The food was delicious. There was a taco joint that was only open for breakfast which was curious. The bridge that leads from the main downtown area was demolished so we were not able to have access to downtown easily. The hotel is near a highway so it's a bit noisy but that did not bother me. If you are a very light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you. "

"Didn’t use the air but it worked fine. Comfortable bed. Got in late the next morning,but still was able to check in with no problems. Instructions etc were on point. Love the decor inside and out. "

"We traveled for a little family getaway. Decided to stay near Arlington for six flags. This location was right off highway and many options for food within walking distance. The hotelvwas very clean , and unfortunate oir 1st night the pool was closed. But during the remainder of our stay the pool stayed open. And it is a great place to chill , have some drinks and relax. Great parking and staff said hotelvwas booked up and never felt over populated . Highly recommended staying here "
