"This is definitely not the best hotel to stay at. First there were no face towels in the bathroom, I had to go to the front desk and ask for them, second the chair in the room was stained with red stuff it was just filthy, the entire hotel had a mildew smell to it, and the breakfast was horrible. There was no meat and the waffle maker was broken, so that was a bummer. I guess for the price I got what I paid for."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, we were hoping to check in early, but not only were we told we couldn't check in early, we weren't even able to check in on time. To make matters worse, as we walked into the lobby, we overheard a staff member say, "Those people better not be here to check in." Hearing that as a guest was incredibly unprofessional and immediately made us feel unwelcome. The cleanliness of the property was also below expectations. Several areas appeared dirty and not well maintained, which only added to our frustration after waiting for our room. Once we finally got into our room, our key cards repeatedly stopped working. They deactivated twice during our stay, leaving us locked out and having to make multiple trips for assistance. One night, we had to call maintenance very late just to get our door opened. Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and room access issues made for a very poor experience. We understand that delays and problems can happen, but the way they were handled was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others."

"This was a quick visit and we just needed somewhere to sleep. The things that don’t give it a five stars; they gave us a joining room and the neighbors were up with the tv loud past 1am, our room was facing the brightest light in the parking lot and there were no toiletries other than a bar of soap. There were standing the sheets but we took our own so we didn’t fuss, the coffee bar is powdered creamer, the vending machines do have plenty of options to pick from. The front clerk was friendly."

"The front desk picked up the phone, after midnight, and conversed with me. This is often a difficult expectation from other hotels. The front desk clerk seemed to care about my concerns to establish a late arrival, and seamless check-in, for my girlfriend (who had travel delays/difficulties). Thank you, sir, for the late night efforts."
