I was a little disappointed with my stay. The hotel was not as advertised. The hotel was older and the restrooms were not updated and the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes/cannibas as you walked through the hallways. But the worst part is that breakfast is something that is advertised on the hotel highlights, but there was a sign that clearly stated breakfast was no longer served??? They are clearly misrepresenting themselves and this seems to be a deliberate attempt to hide the fact that they don’t! That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I hope this is something that Hotels.com corrects and ensures that the location is falsely advertising something that they don’t provide. One positive thing was the staff upfront… very helpful and courteous. That’s about the only positive thing.

Misleading advertisement

Please remove free breakfast from your website. We were told at the front desk that they have tried to get the free breakfast removed from their accommodation list. The laundry room and front restroom was out of service, as were the water fountains. The person at the front desk was friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable and the roll in shower was appreciated.
