"Overall the staff was very nice, The only issue I had was the room was chilly the first night. After having the heat on 90 degrees all night and it still felt chilly, I called maintenance. They came to adjust the vent and heat improved but it still took a long time. Then I smelled burning so I turn the heat down to 77 and the smell went away. I kept the heat on 77 degrees and the heat never went off when the setting was set to auto! Other than this heat issue, everything else was fine! I enjoyed...

"Loved this Marriott in New York. The hotel was beautiful and the staff amazing. The hotel was on the lower end of Manhattan, so close to a lot of great places and a Starbucks in the hotel. With a 5 minute walk to the 9-11 monument and the NJ Transit station and PATH subway. Made travelling to upper Manhattan fast. Easy walk to the ferry’s as well. "The heating system was extremely loud, clocking in at 59 Db when we were trying to sleep. There was a low setting for the fan, but it made no difference. The air blasting out was either scorching hot or freezing cold. It never got to comfortable."
