"O chalé era maravilhoso, super bem mobiliado, com lareira e banheira para tornar o ambiente perfeito. O café é deixado a porta do chalé ( se preferir ou ir no local que é servido). O chalé em si é super limpo, espaço amplo da pousada. Passamos 3 dias super confortável. Os funcionários super prestativos, sempre nos atenderam de forma eficaz, e prestativos. A única coisa que poderia ser dado mais atenção é a limpeza da área da piscina, deixaria o ambiente mais agradável."

We were the only people staying on the entire premises the night we spent there which provided a unique experience, especially when it came time for breakfast. "Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room. "
