"Location is within reasonable walking distance to everything, including the conference center. Multiple locations to eat nearby. Room is very clean. Outdoor pool was being renovated while we were there, but other than that, room was exactly as advertised. Only drawback was that I made multiple requests for the property owner to contact me prior to arrival because our organization is tax exempt. Never heard from them."

We enjoyed the reviews and stories from previous guests, as it added to the warmth and personal feel. A true oasis in the mountains. We cant wait to book it again for our next Smoky Mountain getaway. "The pictures were accurate, the condo was clean and well maintained. The only issues were small and did not effect our stay at all. We had a light that flickered in the guest bathroom above the mirror and some of the wall outlets were just worn out and the cords were loose and almost falling out. These issues did not effect our stay and I know the condo mgrs will fix these in a timely manor. The condo managers were easy to communicate with, were very personable and responded quickly. The owner was so nice and said we would take care of it right away and mail it back to me. He was accommodating and I will be back when to this location when I am back in town."
