"My family had an awesome time over Labor Day weekend staying at Ripple! (While we waited for the house to be ready, we took a short trip to Kiptopeke and saw the concrete ships. So cool!)Ripple was the perfect place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with our children, 21 and 24. It was peaceful, relaxing, clean and comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We made sure to take our fishing gear, and spent a lot of our time out on the pier catching croakers, speckled sea trout (?), and our very first cobias!We are already talking about our next stay at Ripple. That time can't come soon enough! :)"

"Rich and Stephanie are amazing hosts and super responsive! We had a great time at this exceptional home. It was so nice to be able to use the golf carts! We also love staying in this part of Cape Charles for access to the private beaches. It makes the stay so easy and enjoyable! We would certainly re-rent this property!"

"Host was great. View great. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Negatives has to do with lawn service doesn’t clean outdoor shower area, Could use some hanging hooks in bathrooms for towels and dock kits. TV in family room is tough to watch from couch as it is too big. 70 inches. Like sitting in front row of IMAX theater. Lack of knives in silverware drawer. Umbrella on deck needs repair but once fixed good shade. Nice beach chairs and umbrella selection. Power cord for cart charging a plus. Door locks stick on outside. Lots games available I’m being being picky but nothing is a deal breaker. Good choice for rental."
