"A tiny cottage… yes it was, but very nicely maintained, clean, comfortable and oh so Peaceful! So beautifully quiet at night. A bon fire each night when I was there. Welcoming for my dogs. The owner was so friendly… very nice …personable to speak with. I did enjoy my stay. Very relaxing. Minutes to downtown Cape Charles."

"Cozy and comfortable. Owner was responsive to questions quickly! Quiet, with lovely views! Beautiful sunset, just as advertised! Hot tub was a nice feature and perfect on a rare cool summer evening! Pet friendly was added bonus on this trip! Will stay here again!"

"Beautiful cottage by the water; Has water right outside of the door step (its not the first property on the water, but given its on the corner, it has unobstructed view to water and you can walk 20 yards to get to water). Beautiful cozy property- very well kept. Gives you the feeling on an English cottage to an extent. All basic amenities provided (including paid cable, netflix, amazon!). Very calm and quiet neighborhood; Beach is not as big; but if you are coming just husband and wife, nothing like it. You can fish from the boat ramp (it extends fairly deep into ocean)"

"Lovely location, amazing home, private beach and very responsive host. We would stay again. One note, and this was out of control of the host - there is ongoing construction of a new home next door, with early morning beeping trucks and workers. Even with that minor annoyance, a wonderful experience."
