  • Bring the whole family to this cozy cabin/house on Big Sand Lake. Cozy cabin features open concept- main floor 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, loaded kitchen, fireplace with a 16’ slider glass patio door that overlooks very secluded 1500 acre Big Sand Lake with gas grill provided on the deck. Walkout basement provides another bedroom with 3 beds, game room /bar area with ping pong, pool table, fuse ball, poker table ,shuffle board and an 18ft wet bar and another bathroom. Very large private yard with 220 lake shore , kayaking, fishing, paddle boards, fire pit, private dock. and pontoon available to rent. . Make memories with full amenities with a rustic feel.

Please make sure that the trash is out on the curb w/lid locked and due to the animals and Bears any overflow needs to be taken with you you

NO PETS allowed on any beds and or furniture and dog poop is to be picked up IMMEDIATELY AFTER EACH poop.
NO SMOKING in cabin EVER!!! We DON"T supply firewood. WE supply one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels.
children are to be supervised at all times. no horse in house - playing ball, pillows in ceiling fans ect.....
