Before checkout, we had to wait a long time in the lobby while the staff conducted a check, with no apologies or comfort offered. My daughter was in a winter coat, feeling hot, and we stood there while the process dragged on. It was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with a taxi waiting outside.
