"Outdated "

"I'm a female solo traveller and I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is in a good location for exploring Tashkent. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I arrived off an early flight and could only get in my room if I paid 50% but the receptionist advised that if I came back after 11am, I may get in earlier without charge (which I did). I would happily stay here again. "

"breakfast excellent clean property Asked front desk to arrange guide for day tour of Tashkent, the guy they arranged was not a guide couldn't even speak good english total waste of money/fraudulent. Front dest staff woke us up at 3 am for extra room key we had for our party of 3, because they needed it! totally unacceptable."

"Pool and jacuzzi/sauna room were great - you have to book for an hour of exclusive use but they always fit us in. Short walk to the chorzu bazaar. Staff were really kind - we arrived really early and they let us doze on the reception sofas and managed to get us in to a room pretty early. Very clean rooms and a great view over the bazaar. So lovely we cancelled our hotel before the return flight to go back to here. Totally recommend"

"Amazing breakfast "

"While the location and facilities were good, the service fell short. The restaurant/bar was closed for a private event without notifying guests. I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton."

"We spent New Year’s at T City Hotel and were very disappointed. The service was terrible, and nothing was working—neither the pool nor the restaurant. Before checkout, we had to wait a long time in the lobby while the staff conducted a check, with no apologies or comfort offered. My daughter was in a winter coat, feeling hot, and we stood there while the process dragged on. It was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with a taxi waiting outside. This experience left a bad aftertaste and completely spoiled our impression of the hotel, which we expected to be more hospitable and comfortable."
