"We were there for 5 days. We’re told they’d clean every other day. They never cleaned our room. I paid extra for CITY VIEW!!! Our view was of another building. No city view!!! They were under construction that wasn’t told to us before hand. "

However- the hotel was not worth the money charged. 1- the elevators were very slow, very small, and, the entire time we were there, one was broken. 2- the set up of the bathroom shower was confusing. I had to call the front desk to figure out how to get hot water to run. I was told this is a safety feature but the mechanism is both old and flawed. 3- the temperature in our room was extremely warm. We made several attempts to adjust the thermostat but the temperature in our room stay between 76 and 78° for our entire stay."

"The front desk associate was very welcoming. We were able to get our room earlier than check in which was great because it was raining outside. The lobby was very nice. We didn't go to the bar lounge because it opens at 5pm and closes by 11pm and we had plans that evening so on our way back to the hotel from Lincoln Center we stopped at a bar for a nightcap knowing the bar would be closed. The bar lounge had a very nice vibe. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
