"This is a wonderful guesthouse. The location was ideal for us less than a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The room was very comfortable with fantastic tea and coffee facilities. It was quiet and well decorated. We parked on the road outside the guesthouse and were provided with a permit that was valid until midday. There is a wonderful café just across the road that is well worth visiting as well."

"Whilst the staff on reception were very polite and pleasant. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. Dated to the core, the room had damp by the windows, poor lighting and an uncomfortable bed with an ill fitting headboard. Fire alarm going off at 2am was horrendous. The walls are so thin you can hear next doors TV and toilet habits. There also seemed to be a large foreign contingent staying who were very loud and disruptive."

"The hotel was stylish, a good central location with very nice and helpful staff. unfortunately I had a poor night sleep as the windows in my hotel room need updating and it didn’t block out the sound from the road outside. The room itself was tidy and clean but in the bathroom the lino was starting to come up and the paint work under the bath and the cladding around sink could do with touch ups from a wear and tear you would get from daily wet use. The breakfast was decent with plenty on offer, I would say the choice of bacon was on the fatty side and watery but suppose that’s a personal choice. I would return but would request a room on a higher floor to rear of building to try and block out that sound."

"My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Harrogate was excellent from start to finish. The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Harrogate and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided all the comfort you’d expect from a quality hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the shower was powerful and consistently hot – always appreciated after a long day. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented. What really stood out, though, was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it delivered everything you’d hope for from a top-quality hotel: excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and a great atmosphere. A wonderful stay and somewhere I would happily return to in the future."

"The hotel is nice. Room lights were strange, you had to have the main light on so the bathroom would turn on, not great when you want to go to the bathroom at night. The TV remote didn’t work ( room 23) and a message saying no satellite signal received. I would say some of the rooms were in need of modernisation. When I opened one of the bath towels in the morning 3 small moths came out. Breakfast was ok, good quality food just not hot enough to fully enjoy. I would"
