"The location was simply spectacular. The view was amazing. Great breakfast and all while overlooking the mountains and the valley! Very friendly staff. Cable car station 5 minutes away. The hotel is uphill, the path is good to get there. There are enough restaurant options. Easy trip to Viznau and a boat from there to Luzerne. The hotel, the location made our trip memorable. Just make sure you check the last few train timing from Viznau to Rigi. They run every 2 hrs in the evenings and the last one for us was 8pm and glad we made it to that one. If we missed that, we would be stranded."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, but everything was fresh and good—better than I would expect from a typical three-star hotel. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location. It's only about a four-minute walk from the train station, which made arriving and departing by train incredibly convenient. It's also right on the edge of Lucerne's Old Town, making it easy to explore the historic center on foot. The room and the hotel overall were clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a great value for the location."

"Best customer service ever!! This hotel is excellent. We enjoyed the free paddleboats and the free bus tickets to explore. We also untilized the game room and restaurant. But the best news, the VIEW and the ROOMS. AMAZING!"

"The staff were super nice. Get a lake view room. Great view and water access for swims in Lake Lucerne (with a cold beer nearby). Missed not having AC a bit but I expect that is common here."

"Our rooms were spotless and the beds very comfy. We had beautiful lakeside views. The bathroom was modern and well organised. A bit of a problem with WiFi but a storm and a reboot of the system post afterwards fixed it. Pillows were in short supply and whilst one room was fine and they were very good the other had very thin pillows and on requesting more was told that had run out. The location was excellent. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there. Front of house felt a little like it was being run on guess work rather than experience. Parking was interesting and tight."

"Hotel is beautiful, clean I will come back just a suggestion breakfast was disappointing but the time we arrived to the restaurant almost every single plate was empty luckily the waiter offer me some fry eggs because also was not more bread either."
