"This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....

"A friend and I booked this house fairly last minute for a Memorial Day trip with our kids - we’re so glad we did! The house is super clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything from beach towels to cleaning supplies to kitchen spices, making everything so easy. "We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm."

"We loved our stay. It has the relaxed, welcoming vibe of a vintage lake cottage. The waterfront is isolated from neighbors which we and our dog enjoyed. The porch is huge and is where we spent most of our time. Views are great. Louis came by to put one of the docks in early for us-- and allowed us to extend at the last minute. He was a great host. We'd come again."

"We had such a great stay! The house was great and had such great views and beach access. The neighborhood was great and everyone was very friendly. We had to contact the host for one thing and he was very responsive. Would highly recommend!"

"Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70...
