"I was not too happy with what we received for a welcome coming to the property. The staff seemed unhappy. Amenities were not that great for the price. It was not a great anniversary gift to find trash left in our room and old towels on the floor when we walked into what was supposed to be a room ready to go."

Issue after check out with payment still fighting with and nobody getting back to me about. Several emails and a few calls in already with no refund yet. Will look at different place next visit to red wing if not resolved today"
