"The room was clean. We noticed the window was dirty, so we just kept the curtain closed. There was no microwave, fridge or coffee maker, which we didn't realize when we booked the room, but the price was reasonable. The breakfast was ok, with make- your-own waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt and pastries and bread for toast, also the usual variety of hot drinks and juices. It was a quiet restaurant and the bed was comfortable. The pool was cool, but we got accustomed to it. The large hot tub was a comfortable level of warmth. Coming into the parking lot, there is a curb that isn't painted a bright color, and we turned too quick and drove up on it. Something to watch for."

"There was a crack in the fiberglass shower / bathtub. There was rust on the fixtures in the bathroom, especially the towel holder. The carpet in the hallway was not cleaned recently. The breakfast was light but more than what was served in the past."

"The room and establishment were good. We were a little unfamiliar with this establishment, and when we first arrived, we were confused about the check-in procedure. After we finally got settled, the place was a lot of fun, and the kids really enjoyed it. It was very pricey, though."

"We had a great stay here. The reception is very helpful but there are a few thing to keep in mind. 1st, they clean tooms every 3rd day. 2nd, you have to pay for parking. I believe they're $12 a night. And lastly we we're there for 6 days and the breakfast menu never changed. It was sausage, potatoes, eggs and pancakes the whole time.( there's cereal, yogurt and bread but it was all same for the whole week. 😆) Otherwise the pools were great and it so close to the mall!"

"It was nice and clean. We tried to enjoy the pool when it was supposed to be adults only between 10-11 pm and it was full of kids splashing and being loud. Maybe the staff needs to check at 10 pm to make sure the kids leave. We then went out to the fire pit and it wouldn’t light, asked about it at the front desk and were told someone (a driver) would come help us and nobody showed up before we went to our room at midnight. The hotel was very nice, but we were really looking forward to the pool and a hot tub after a long day. There isn’t a hot tub on the property, but it would be nice if there was."
