The living space features large windows that frame the surrounding greenery, a comfortable sofa and armchairs to relax you, and both a gas fireplace and central air-conditioning to ensure your comfort at any time of year. The sun-lit kitchen includes every essential appliance (including a cooktop on the peninsula countertop) and an adjacent dining table, while the multi-level deck offers a gas grill, furniture for both dining and lounging, and views of the neighboring fairway and green. After a day spent enjoying the resort's swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, you can come home to toss your swimsuits in the private washer/dryer, curl up by one of the two smart TVs, and choose a favorite DVD or Netflix movie to watch.

This home sits directly alongside the Three Nines Golf Course (made up of the Foxglove, Pinecone, and Thistle Courses) at Mt. Hood Oregon Resort in Welches, where you'll also enjoy access to the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Mt. Hood Highway is less than a mile north, home to an assortment of local favorite eateries and conveniences. Come wintertime, Mt. Hood Skibowl is only 12 miles east, Timberline Lodge is 20 miles east, and Mt. Hood Meadows is 24 miles east.

This home is regulated by an HOA with rules for parking, quiet hours, and garbage placement. Guests will be asked to follow these when they accept the rental agreement upon booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
