We visited during summer break so was quiet and very busy. The front desk staffs were very courteous and helpful. Check in was super quick. We asked for extra pillows and were supplied right away. Rooms are clean and quiet. AC worked pretty decent and no bedbugs! Very good option for a short stay if you are looking for a budget stay!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, also semi-Spartan with few "luxuries". It is a great place for those who aren't planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel, and are just looking for a place to sleep and shower. Hotel stqff are very pleasant and accomodating.

Parking was excellent, location too: I went to the Flatwater Centre by bike. Staff was welcoming and helpful, the A/C was working well during a hot summer night. We had everything we needed for our stay, including TVs on the bedrooms with Netflix for our kid (wifi was working fine).

Overall a very comfortable stay. There were a few things that stood out that made it less appealing. The toilet paper holder needed replacing and there was no place to get ready with a mirror except the washroom. The washroom had no place to put toiletries. For the price, we were happy with our stay.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. Yes it is no frills but that is reflected in the cost. Staff are very pleasant, the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. We shall certainly return when visiting Welland,

It was a dorm room so some of the walls had chips from where kids had posters hanging but no big deal! It was clean and quiet! We liked that there were 2 separate bedrooms and a full size fridge! Great stay for the price!

This was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price compared to Niagara Falls hotels. We came for a soccer tourney in Niagara falls and this place was just 25m away. These are actually Niagara College residences but are well kept and clean. The suite was spacious.
