We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival

If you cancel with more than 14 days notice, you will receive a full refund, less
a $35.00 service fee . If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

Quiet mini vacation

The check in was fast and easy. Gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant. Room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Big plus was that it's SO close to the beach! I will be definitely be back!

Cute and cozy

I really loved the woman at the front desk. She was a doll. It is a nice little studio with cute decor. The refrigerator was slightly noisy for being in the same room as the bed and the tv was slightly problematic because I couldn’t get the sound to work but the lady at the front desk didn’t hesitate to assist me and solved the issue. Thank you for everything.
