"My husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and we really enjoyed this condo. The location is ideal with restaurants and beach access all within 5-15 min of the unit. The unit itself had everything we could possibly need for our stay, all we needed were some grocery essentials and we were all set. We will definitely stay here again."

"When they say "steps from the Beach" they mean it! It took us about 2 minutes -if that- to walk to the beach. The icing on the cake was that the weather was perfect when we were there. The room was small, but clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. it also comes with a parking spot, which is a huge commodity at Wells Beach. Our room was literally 50 feet from the beach parking lot. There's also a great little coffee shop about 100 feet away from the hotel. "

"Awesome location, very short walk to the beach. Room #224 clean, basic room, little clean bathroom, comfy bed. They were short handed, but it didn’t really effect our stay."

"Very nice place to stay! Staff is friendly, place is clean, quiet and affordable! The rooms also offer amenities of dishes, utensils and glasses. Also a skillet and toaster if needed. Close to the beach and downtown Ogunquit ~ really enjoyed the location!"

"The unit we stayed at was well kept. Feels new. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The beds were the best part, very comfortable. We had 1 full bath and 1/2 bath that were clean with tons of clean towels and quality brand Gilchrist & Soames toiletries. We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Maine.
