"When they say "steps from the Beach" they mean it! It took us about 2 minutes -if that- to walk to the beach. The icing on the cake was that the weather was perfect when we were there. The room was small, but clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. it also comes with a parking spot, which is a huge commodity at Wells Beach. Our room was literally 50 feet from the beach parking lot. There's also a great little coffee shop about 100 feet away from the hotel. "
