We loved the amazing staff- very friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming! We also loved the central location- about 8 minutes to be on York Beach in one direction and 8 minutes to be at the amazing Kittery Outlets. So many great restaurants inbetween!

We had an impromptu mid week getaway, and the UB was absolutely perfect. We had a very quiet and clean room, ample parking, and open availability at the Pub. We did day trips, and came back to enjoy a leisurely evening. Due to the time of year, there was nothing open elsewhere locally, but we were ok with that. Staff was wonderful - friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great stay! The rooms are super clean and the breakfast had a variety of options. Staff is very friendly and informative.

Went to Ogunquit for a weekend getaway. The Grand Hotel was a quaint and charming place. Building is older so we could hear when people were talking (or snoring) next door. Rooms come equipped with white noise machines which helps reduce the exterior noise. The location can't be beat as it's locating almost perfectly between Perkins Cove and "the strip" in town. We would definitely stay there again.

Every year we got up to Maine for new years and we always stay at this inn. We love it . Very convenient

The rooms are excellent. You can save a lot by parking at the Foundry Place garage, two blocks away.

The hotel is very clean with very comfortable beds and great location.

We have made this motel our "go to" stay whenever we are visiting the area, the management is terrific and always ready to help...we enjoy it very much!

Unbelievable

Cute little spot that is just across the bridge from the fun part of Portsmouth. Unfortunately the weather wasn't nice for us, but if it was, you could certainly walk there. The room was well designed and my wife really appreciated how comfy the bed was.

Clean, comfortable room. Kind people. Check out the Beachfire Grill for some close, delicious food!

The only issue is the check in which requires a legal release of any claims even if the Inn is at fault.
