"We had the Beach st. Room #418. It was very comfortable and clean. Not a great view of the beach but convenient to everything. The room was spacious with a large newer shower and two sinks. The room had a fireplace and a massage chair!!! Parking was a breeze. The location of the hotel was perfect for the beach and to walk to marginal way and to the stores/ restaurants!"

"We loved our stay. Once we arrived and parked our car we never needed it again. The Inn is walking distance to Ogunquit beach and so many fabulous restaurants. We loved the adult wing and the adults only pool and hot tub. The rooms were very spacious. My only suggestion is to add a full length mirror in the room, an extra shelf in the bathroom and a recycling bin as well. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the wonderful staff."

"Well, to start with, we waited in the lobby for at least 15-20 minuteas before someone came to check us in. Once that was handled, we went to our room. Upon entering our room, my companion noticed a strong "musty" smell. She was not willing to attempt to sleep in the room which had undertones of mold. We were given the key to another room to explore. That room didn't have a musty/moldy smell. As we entered the room, however, I smushed an ant. I didn't think anything of it. By morning, though, our waste basket was inundated with ants!! Up the wall, on the telephone, just everywhere. We really expected a nicer stay in Ogunquit, but it was not to be. I wouldn't return to this motel."
