"Lovely place to stay and get out of town for a few days. Just needed a place to rest our heads after hitting the beach, amazing restaurants and so many shops! The town has so much to offer and this place hit our budget perfectly! Major plus was the pool and free continental breakfast!"

My room has a mixture of old appliances & modern charging station. Colorful , sofa bed, renovated bathroom. Cold air conditioning. Bed nice and firm . Will come back again, location is a great spot .able to rent bicycle & canoe ."

"The staff was exceptional and promptly called to let me know I had left an expensive belonging behind. The room was clean enough, but there were visible stains on the bedding and lampshades. I would highly recommend asking for a second floor room, as our upstairs neighbors were up all hours of the night, therefore we were as well. In all, it was a safe inexpensive place to stay in a very expensive town."

"Great location! Walking distance to great beaches and all the shops and restaurants. Hotel was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. Towels and coffee were refreshed daily and the housekeeping team was easy to find. The pool was cute but the water was a tad chilly for us. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We would definitely return!"

"It was an ok stay. Room was clean and spacious with a large fridge and a microwave which was a plus for a family. The beds were not comfortable at all this is probably the biggest con. The motel had an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and a hot tub. They had a coffee and hot water counter in the morning. The place allowed people to reserve pool chairs and picnic tablets for extended periods of time when not in use which was frustrating also people tended to dry out their towels and bathing suits on...

"Sheets, pillows and towels needs to be replaced. Sheets were grey. Pillows overwashed and lumpy. Brown throw blanket between sheet and cover needs to be removed completely..didn't seem to be clean. Paint on entrance door was chipping. Damp smell in room. Would not stay again. Staff were friendly."

"Love this place. Super clean and comfortable. Room was decorated perfectly and had everything you could need. So well thought out. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Ours had a refrigerator and a smart TV. Tina and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. Many choices for breakfast. Snacks during the day. Sometimes we had breakfast in the dining room and sometimes on the large covered porch. Location was perfect. Walking distance to Perkins Cove in one direction and Ogunquit shops...

"We usually like to stay at B&B‘s, but Ogunquit in July can be incredibly expensive. For this quick trip, we were in our room for only about 9 to 10 hours to sleep, so we decided to stay in a motel. The Town Lyne Motel was an excellent choice. Very reasonably priced. While not fancy, it served our purpose perfectly. Staff was helpful and friendly. "We loved our stay! Its location is excellent. Walking distance to beach, shops and beautiful marginal trail walk to Perkins cove. The hotel grounds were well manicured. Our only suggestion for our room is that it could stand to have a new mattress. There's too much wear with indentations. The two seater couch cushions kept sliding off, so a new and larger pull out couch and a few end tables next to the couch would be helpful. Overall we would definitely stay here again."
