Summertime Oasis with Inground Pool!

Welcome to the Summer Oasis with an Inground pool! Located just a short stroll to restaurants, stores, and Wells Harbor Beach. Wells Harbor Beach is family friendly- it has a great playground! Outside the home you will find a private backyard that is perfect for entertaining. There is an in-ground pool (open from May 16th through October 10th), fireplace, gas grill, and 2 patio furniture sets. There is plenty of beach equipment provided like: beach chairs, water tubes, and umbrellas. Inside the you will find a freshly renovated and well stocked home. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! The kitchen and living room are open concept with a large island, electric fireplace, oversized windows and a very large TV! Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bath ensuite. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a full size on bottom and twin size on top, and a separate full size bed. Bedrooms #1-3 have TVs! Important: Bedroom #4 is in the loft and has a ladder to get up to the room. This is NOT a kid friendly space. All bedrooms have air conditioning. This property sleeps 9 people without the loft and 13 people including the loft. This property has parking for 6 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. Pets are welcome! Maximum of 2 dogs. Fee of $150/dog. Security camera is located on exterior at the front door.

Great Stay

Overall a nice house for two families. Im going to give pros and cons of this stay.Pros: Highly Convenient Location, Very Clean Overall, Kitchen and Living room are awesome and great for families, Pool was very clean, Fantastic A/CCons: Few mice (3/4) found within basement and pool however owner responded promptly and sent out pest control, also minor inconvenience of having to climb up and down loft really should only be for older kids or adults, lots of mosquitoes and other bugs in back yard (maybe spray yard in the future) In all, the house was great for our vacation and only had minor issues for our families

Highly recommend

Great location. There is a wonderful walk to the harbor and a couple excellent restaurants along the way. It is a short drive to the beach. We loved the pool and fenced yard and the house was nicely furnished and very clean. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful home!

House was clean and comfortable. The house had everything we could possibly need!The beach chairs and linens being provided was amazing! We enjoyed the pool and location. Just a short drive to the beach. The only way it could have been better is if the loft was air conditioned. We ended up with five pre-teens and teens in one room because the loft was too hot for sleeping.

Beautiful and organized home with lots of amenities

The "green house" (as our kids called it) was beautiful and amazingly organized. It had everything we needed in the kitchen (and more). Absolutely loved the kids cups and utensils and the lobster accessories! Seating for little ones was a challenge because the seats were bar height with no arms and swiveled so we brought our own small table. The sitting area was very cozy and TV was huge (we miss the couch already)! Pool and outside area was stunning! Only comment we would make is that there are no gates on the back deck or fence around the pool which made it a challenge to watch over our little runners (2 and 4 years old). Either closing off the deck or a fence around the pool would have helped with safety. Bedrooms were beautiful and exactly what was pictured on the listing. The loft area was on the warm side (no AC), but there was a fan provided and that helped at night. The extra towels (beach and bath), linens, and pillows were amazing to have! Communication with Lauren (property manager) was also great! She got back to us almost immediately! We would definitely stay again!

Great 2 night getaway

Property was perfect for our family to getaway and enjoy a few days in Ogunquit. Home was very clean and just as the pictures portrayed. Very well-stocked amenities and close to Marginal Pass and shopping. Lovely time for my husband and our adult children. (8 of us total)
