I was totally amazed at his efficiency. Our waiters Carlos (breakfast) and Jacob (dinner) were very observant of our needs and extremely polite. Would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room"

"The only issue we had was the door lock batteries died and luckily my wife was still in the room to let me in. They put new ones in but we had to.let him in to change them on the inside of the door. So what if we were both out of the room, how was anyone getting in to change them?"
