"There was a raoch crawling on the counter during our check in and we said never mind we are not staying here. The woman running the front desk didn't hesitate to refund us and she stated she was very embarrassed and immediately alled the manager to handle it. She was sweet and professional but there being bugs was disgusting so we left without even leaving the lobby. "

"The property was very nice and clean. The location was great because it is just minutes from Truist Park and had easy access to the highway. Our one complaint was, we took their shuttle to the game and we were left stranded when the game ran later than 10.30. We had to find our own way back to the hotel even though our shuttle driver had told us to call the hotel and someone would pick us up after 10:30. He said they wouldn't leave us stranded. Well, a $40 taxi drive plus tip. got us to the hotel. My husband complained at the desk and they gave us two tickets to the breakfast buffet to make up for it. It is an easy walk to the ball park, but my husband has health problems that prevents him from walking that much. We would stay at the hotel again, but adjust our plans for attending a ball game."
