"The property was very nice and clean. The location was great because it is just minutes from Truist Park and had easy access to the highway. Our one complaint was, we took their shuttle to the game and we were left stranded when the game ran later than 10.30. We had to find our own way back to the hotel even though our shuttle driver had told us to call the hotel and someone would pick us up after 10:30. He said they wouldn't leave us stranded. Well, a $40 taxi drive plus tip. got us to the hotel. My husband complained at the desk and they gave us two tickets to the breakfast buffet to make up for it. It is an easy walk to the ball park, but my husband has health problems that prevents him from walking that much. We would stay at the hotel again, but adjust our plans for attending a ball game."

"This hotel/motel is average. I tried to use my Expedia perk of early check-in, but without even looking up my reservation, I was told it would be a $30 charge for that. When I said "no", the manager said she could waive it and check us in. And they had a room available!!!! We stayed nights and not once did they refresh our room. We had to ask each day for new towels and toiletries. You can hear everything inside and outside the hotel, so if you're looking for a quiet stay, look elsewhere. "

"I loved the staff at this hotel, everyone was so nice! Everything was clean, from the lobby to the rooms themselves. Breakfast was fresh and plenty to choose from. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed in room 404. Everything appeared to be super clean. I spent a lot of time in the room because I caught a cold during my trip, and it was not as clean as I thought. Since I was sick I decided to get a little work done at the desk. from that angle with the light reflecting in the glass of the artwork above the coach in the living area had a huge crusted splatter of idk what. Honestly pretty disgusting and made me question how clean the rooms actually are… there were also the tiniest ants I ever seen occasionally crawling on the desk in the wet bar area. The hotel was really nice overall. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. But honestly the splatter on the glass of the artwork gave me the ick. Like groooooossssssss."

"This was the stay from Hell. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Building looked abandoned. The lobby and halls were filthy. I did not have any towels so the staff made me walk down the hall on the first floor to get from the laundry room PILE! All towels were dingy and gross. My room was no better. Tv didn’t work, bed was old and stained. Pillows were disgusting. My shower didn’t work so I had to go to the airport without a shower. Floors were dirty, lamp and ac broken. BAD BAD BAD. When I complained to staff they acted like they couldn’t understand and said they couldn’t help me. Worst place ever."

"The staff are absolutely delightful however the quality of the hotel is not that great. We don't have an hair dryer in our room when we check in even though it says that it's part of the amenities. The breakfast foods are not good at all. There's an empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner in our bathroom, the TV is in the brink of breaking and the lighting in the room is poor. Unfortunately I will not recommend this hotel."
