"We rented Chalet Rhaetia for our family vacation in early July. Communication with the host as well as their agent in Klosters, Mitzi, was terrific. The chalet was wonderfully comfortable for our group of seven adults. There are a total of 4 official bedrooms (3 doubles on the top floor, one small room on the main floor with a single) and, additionally, the basement has a sitting room with pullout couch and full bathroom. "The property is fantastic - beautifully designed and well equipped. We liked being out of the town, as was scenic and peaceful - close to the Rinerhorn lift and excellent transport links. Our only criticism of the chalet was that it has 3 double beds, and it wasn't possible to split any into twin beds for the single guests. The booking was complicated and confusing as once you have booked (and paid) VRBO, you are then passed onto another company called E-Domizil - and so had to check this...

"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...
