"My fiancée had an emergency whilst staying here. The man working the night shift on reception rang an ambulance for me. Unfortunately one wasn't available but he then helped me book a taxi as I wasn't aware of the hospital location. When we returned the next morning he let us stay an extra day for a reduced price. Very grateful. Would stay again. "
