"Only two reasons for not getting 5 stars; no plug sockets by the bed… why? Had to charge my phone across the room. They had USB sockets but not all devises use USB! The second reason is the shuttle is £4 each way… I think that’s too much. Apart from these things though, great hotel. It’s clean and modern. The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff friendly and helpful. "

It had very little water pressure and no hot water, pretty much unusable. As a solo traveller it wasn’t the end of the world but couples and families may have struggled. "

You can't forget to bring your slippers to walk around the room. There are musty smell in some areas, no easy for someone with respiratory allergies. "
