"I stayed at The Cumberland London for 7 nights with my wife and three-year-old daughter, and we were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The location is outstanding, just steps from Marble Arch, Hyde Park, tube Station, bus stops, Selfridges, and countless restaurants and convenience stores. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with every staff member, from security to bell team to the front desk, greeting us with genuine kindness. Our room was clean, tidy, and offered plenty of space for a family of three. I especially appreciated the smart elevator system, which minimized wait times during busy hours. A fun and unexpected highlight was the Back to the Future musical display, complete with the original DeLorean car, which delighted both adults and kids. Another detail that really impressed me was the eco-friendly program offering £10 to spend at hotel shops if you skip housekeeping. On top of that, the hotel provided thoughtful complimentary touches like drinks, biscuits, and chocolate in the room fridge, which you rarely find elsewhere. Most impressive of all was their fast and attentive service; whether we needed extra coffee pods, more towels, or had to weigh our suitcases multiple times right outside our room, the staff always responded quickly and cheerfully. Overall, The Cumberland exceeded our expectations, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. We can’t wait for the chance to stay here again."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I chose it because of the area in which it is located. The location could not be better for those who like a bit of a local feel, since it is located in a residential part of the city. The room was well appointed with a view of the park. The breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Having said that, I would definitely stay there during my next trip to London."

"The view was phenomenal. The pub down the road was great for fish and chips. Easy walk to Vauxhall station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The doormen were especially delightful. The only problem was we opted for the eco friendly option of not having our room cleaned everyday. However, I dropped the remote and it went under the bed. Picking it up, I saw an inch of dust and instantly knew why I thought I must of caught a cold on the flight over. Housekeeping must swiffer around the bed and not under it! 😳 Otherwise, great stay… GREAT LOCATION!! "
