"My family had a great time in the Bar Harbor area and this house was perfect and located in a great central location for us to get to and from all places we visited. Acadia National Park was only about 20mins away. Shelley was very responsive and the house is great for a family (we had 3 adults, kids -2yrs & 4yrs, and 1 small dog). The property was so beautiful and the house clean and just as pictured. A family of deer greeted us every day with was quite fun for my kids to watch out for! Shelley was gracious to accommodate your request for a later check out and the whole process of check in/out was a breeze. I would recommend this home for anyone who wants to enjoy a warm and welcoming home to stay when visiting Bar Harbor area. "

"Everything was perfect. The host thought of everything. We didn’t need to buy anything except food. She even provided coffee. My only complaint was the marina next-door. It had a docking area but also a separate working area for repairs so was a little noisy on workdays when I wanted to sit by the water and enjoy coffee in the the quiet."
"The place though small worked for the two of us. It was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to eat as the restaurants wer about half a mile from the home. "
