"We booked this room while attending a black-tie event, so we had high expectations given the price. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was quite small, especially compared to the unusually large bathroom. When I went to take a shower, the water was only lukewarm, which was frustrating. Getting ready for the event was also inconvenient—there was no mirror near the desk/dressing table and no full-length mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom, which wasn’t practical while my partner was using it. This made preparing for a formal event much more difficult than it should have been. Additionally, the room felt very stuffy. Opening the window helped with ventilation, but it let in a lot of noise from an external fan, making it hard to relax. Overall, the room did not meet expectations for the price we paid."

"Shops outside in the high st (not many ),chinese takeaway not too far away ..small morrisons and a small tesco ...only 1atm in town as far as i know that is at the small tesco..clean rooms ,staff very polite and helpful 5☆ for them all. Parking at the rear of the pub / hotel ,dont forget to pit your registration in the keypad inside the bar"
