"Great place! Awesome restaurant"

"The entire experience was terrible. The staff wasn't pleasant or willing to help or assist. The rooms were old and tired and smelled like a care center. Only a few of the outlets worked. Our rooms were never cleaned during out stay. We requested an iron and the front office staff was really put out with the request. The hotel has nice amenities are but not available for the guest. I would never stay at this hotel again."

"This is a small, comfortable hotel, with limited amenities but beautiful views. The hotel faces a charming children’s park which is so fun but also, children in the summer play late into the evening and it can be quite loud. The rooms were warm with no AC or fans to support an unusually hot summer. The breakfast was good with some warm options from the kitchen including eggs, an omelet or pancakes plus the typical breakfast spread of breads, yogurt and cheeses. The front desk was informative...

"People in the hotel were warm and welcoming! The hotel is conveniently located opposite the station. Rooms were clean and cozy!"

"We had the Jungfrau Suite overlooking the mountains. The view was phenomenal! The location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was really helpful. I was hesitant to be so close to the railroad but they use cable cars that are virtually silent and it was no big deal at all! Will definitely be returning some day!"
