"Room very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is great friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very nice and plentiful. The on duty staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept the place tidy and refreshed often. We didn’t get here early enough to explore so cannot comment on that but not so far from City Center. The hotel terrace and garden area is very nice just as pictured. Great place to relax"

"Was woken up at 5am by a boy racer in the adjoining car park doing doughnuts for 15mins. The room was large but very poorly designed. We arrived on a Friday evening and the outside dining was excellent with music and a great vibe. The surrounding area lacked charm but we managed to find a nice coffee shop and a chocolate museum. Hotel had a swimming pool which I wished I had used but was not well advertised. Overall, I would recommend the hotel. "

"Equipe de réception et de petit-déjeuner extrêmement pro et accueillante. J'ai adoré le petit déjeuner très varié et bien tenu (l'un de mes meilleurs petits-déjeuners en ibis, il y avait même des concombres et des tomates). La chambre 518 était spacieuse, bien agencée et avec une vue dégagée. En revanche je vous conseille de demander une chambre de l'autre côté avec des fenêtres qui s'ouvrent. Comme le stipule la description, il n'y a pas d'air conditionné (mais un ventilateur), cependant pour la température comme pour l'aération il est agréable de pouvoir ouvrir."

"Ideally located on top of a hill near Spa, this is my little retreat away from the heat, pollution, dirt and noise of Brussels. Staff are very friendly and helpful (thank you Philippe!). My room was very spacious, recently renovated, with a large balcony. Highly recommended."
