"As a couple on a few days stay at this hotel it had some pitfalls due to it being really a business hotel with a conference facility. The room was excellent, the staff were excellent as well (especially Reception) but when hordes of business guests arrive/eat/drink in the hotel it gets not very holidayish for us! Overall probably 7 out of 10 as Reception were so good at providing advice and tickets (yes Tram/train tickets) . Parking a bit pricey at 24Euros a day , but it was underground and...
