"Everything about this Hotel is perfect. I had a very pleasant stay in Salzburg because of this hotel. I was very comfortable staying in a place that is clean, safe, quiet and so close to everything, especially the Mirabellgarten (literally across the street). There are a plethora of restaurants and cafes nearby. Above all, it was the staff members who made this stay at the hotel worthwhile. They are very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to restaurants and what places to visit in Salzburg. They are very accommodating (i.e., making reservations at restaurants and offering to call transportation). I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. Customer service is 100 percent! "

"Lovely experience staying at Sacher. We were greeted warmly, even given a tour of the hotel and escorted to our room. The location is perfect since many attractions and restaurants are walking distance. Extra special to see fruit and the famous Sacher torte waiting for us in the room. And we had no idea that this is where Julie Andrews stayed when filming Sound of Music!"
