"We very much enjoyed our stay. It's a very peaceful place with stunning views in every direction. The house full of light and was comfortable for 4 people. (My adult children slept in the bunk bed like they did when they were young.)The wood stove is challenging. We would like to return when the weather is warmer to enjoy the beautiful property, private beach and the hot tub."

"We loved staying here! Right next to westcott oysters, we were able launch paddle boards from the property, and the view during morning coffee can’t be beat. Highly recommend!"

"This is a great home located on the bay. Had plenty of bedrooms, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor space was beautiful. The only downside was there is only 1 shower, the listing is accurate but when it says master bath, I would have expected a shower. We didn’t catch that. Perhaps ensure it is in the property description?! I would also suggest they mention how narrow the driveway is to the house. And we arrived after dark which made it very difficult to find the house. There were no lights at the end of the driveway and the host had not left lights on inside the house even though they knew we were arriving well after dark.All in all though, a very comfortable stay with a fabulous family story/history to it! Would stay again for sure. Good communication with the host! "

"We had a nice stay but were disappointed that the gas grill was broken, the fireplace was broken, and the beautiful string lights seen in the photos were sitting in a pile by the tree. The kids really enjoyed the swing and the indoor pool. I was concerned about the safety of an electrical plug in the pool extending to a cardboard box at the poolside. I was told this was in place because one of the pool lights was broken. "
