The Old Mill is central to the area we wanted to explore with Barnstable, Dunster, Tiverton, Minehead all within easy driving distance, through beautiful countryside. Local amenities gets an 8 as there was a short drive to Bampton to buy supplies, although we new this before we went and took most of the food we needed with us.
