"We feel so lucky to have found this place to stay in while down one Somerset. The house has everything that you need from a Nespresso machine to dressing gowns in the bedroom and amazing wood to burn and keep you warm. Not to mention the secret garden! Wendy and Ewen were both exceptionally helpful before, during and after our visit. We will hopefully be back!"

"This is an amazing property………Classic somerset cottage equipped with all modern conveniences. Super quiet (well a few tractors collecting the harvest!). We all slept very well. It takes 30 mins to walk into Ilminster along a country trail past Dillington Hall for those that like a good walk. About 8 mins by car. "Set in a beautiful location approximately 3 miles outside Dunster in a valley. The cottage was an upside down property so anyone with mobility issues should have the downstairs bedroom that has an ensuite. On the second floor are two twin bedrooms and the main bathroom. "We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!"
