"Started staying here for the night on our yearly drive to Destin from Texas. Perfect location to stop with plenty of dining options in the area. Always clean and spacious. 1st floor bar is the lace to hang out before heading to bed."

"We stayed for one night during our travels. The room was nice, bed was comfy. But we kept hearing a loud bang in our room every 15 minutes which prevented us from sleeping. We did stop downstairs for breakfast. The food was really cold when served. I mentioned to the front desk and manager about the noise and they said they would comp us but never did. Expedia has reached out several times and they don’t reply or answer, they just put them on hold. Poor customer service. Just be careful as they will tell you one thing and not do it."

"Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly with the exception of the housekeeper on our floor. Her cleaning cart was blocking the hallway so that my husband in his wheelchair was unable to pass smoothly. When he inadvertently hit the hall divider, trying to get by, causing it to loosen from the magnet grip, she came out to move the cart, but didn't say a word to us. At another point in time, she delivered an item to us that we had requested from maintenance, after having to request it twice, and again, she appeared to be unfriendly. It was a busy weekend with many guests, but the staff and guests were friendly and kindhearted. The breakfast options were plentiful, and having a free evening snack option was a great idea (although we weren't told about it). Overall, the experience was very positive."
