"Have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, and their services have gone done. Breakfast choices have gone done, no cereal or muffins available. Ran out of bagels and bananas one morning. Location is convenient and close to the LIE and Northen State Parkway and located on Jericho Turnpike route 25. Rooms on the ground floor are somewhat noisy with occupied room directly above. Parking is convenient right outside of the rooms. Some plumbing issues, as the control valve on the bathtub water was loose and came off, and the sink stopper does not work. Room is pretty spacious with a king bed, side chair, desk, refrigerator, microwave, sink area, closet for hanging clothes, and bathroom. All clean."

"The overall hotel is very nice but sadly upon my check in they informed me that the ac in all the rooms were not working. Now I can understand stuff happens but to pay $500 a night with no air is crazy. I wasn’t offered a discount or even an accommodation at a sister hotel. I understand that Expedia is a third party but something should have been done but instead they wanted to collect their 500 dollars and have multiple customers complain. Not very happy with that. The least they can do is offer a night or discount something to make that right!"

"What was unique about this hotel was the total disregard the Owners have for its upkeep, staff, amenities and shabby condition it is and has been for years. They should be ashamed that they own it. Two staff members told me that “they were embarrassed to work there.” Everything from the rooms being dirty, bathrooms disgusting, no hot water, breakfast food was totally inedible, the pool was locked up, the staff would yell across the lobby to each other and were dressed like homeless people. Absolutely no security with doors without access card entry open all night. Ceiling tiles above the bar were missing and lying on the bar. Filthy carpets throughout the lobby tha smelled. I’ve travelled around the world and this was the wordy hotel experience I have ever had. If you don’t want to be in the hotel business . Z sell it to someone who does."

"I was able to extend my room stay for a couple of hrs more, for a small fee. The Continental bkfst is adequate. I have used Laquinta many times now. And this is my favorite place to lodge while on short business or personal stays!!!"
