"What was unique about this hotel was the total disregard the Owners have for its upkeep, staff, amenities and shabby condition it is and has been for years. They should be ashamed that they own it. Two staff members told me that “they were embarrassed to work there.” Everything from the rooms being dirty, bathrooms disgusting, no hot water, breakfast food was totally inedible, the pool was locked up, the staff would yell across the lobby to each other and were dressed like homeless people. Absolutely no security with doors without access card entry open all night. Ceiling tiles above the bar were missing and lying on the bar. Filthy carpets throughout the lobby tha smelled. I’ve travelled around the world and this was the wordy hotel experience I have ever had. If you don’t want to be in the hotel business . Z sell it to someone who does."

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Got into the room and there was no TV remote. Had to walk all the way to the front desk to get a remote. When I went to wash up, they were no cups! Had to call the front desk again and told them I could not come down to the front desk again. They sent someone there. Stayed there three nights. No one made up the room on a daily basis nor cleaned the pails. Only had two towels, face cloths and washcloths for the entire three nights stay"

"On getting ready for bed on coming back from an event, and on turning down the sheets, we noticed that the sheets were absolutely not clean. As it was close to 11 PM and this was not our regular style of a hotel that we usually stay, we weren’t sure what to do. As we were so exhausted, we just spread some towels on the areas and ended up falling sleeping. The floor in the room was also dirty and full of dust bunnies. The place was overall dusty, old and needs a good and proper cleaning. We were told to pay $100 in case there were any damages - which we did, until we saw the room and its state. We were like what other damage could this room possibly go through. We ended up choosing this place because it was close to the event and not used to the area. Anyway, this was our first and will be our last stay here."

"I was able to extend my room stay for a couple of hrs more, for a small fee. The Continental bkfst is adequate. I have used Laquinta many times now. And this is my favorite place to lodge while on short business or personal stays!!!"

"I can't say enough good things about my stay here, It was incredibly comfortable and relaxing, with great amenities that really stood out. The hotel is nestled in a fantastic area, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, making it so easy to get out and explore. The staff were welcoming, and the overall vibe was so peaceful—exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax and enjoy their stay"
