"Staff friendly. Room clean. Bar poorly stocked. Breakfast too expensive at £24pp so ate out. Overall the Hotel is looking neglected and lost its prestigious ambiance. No Elemis products in the bathroom and room service on request. We are returning guests however judging on this stay would not recommend."

"The hotel rooms are a little aged, however staff and outer property are amazing."

"Very convenient and comfortable"

"Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was plenty and it was easy to find a spot, with a voucher for cheaper parking provided by desk check in staff member David- food in restaurant and morning breakfast buffet was good with many options- they were efficient and friendly and helpful"

"Hotel was a little worn in places but very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was delicious. Easy to get to city centre by bus. "The staff were so helpful & kind would def stay again"

"I attended a function at the Radstone and stayed overnight. Easy to access from motorway with good parking. Great reception, bar and restaurant areas with nice rooms."
