"We had a great breakfast, had a fun time in the pool, &nice clean room with a view. We kept our car in vallet while we ventured out a couple ours after check out too. The staff was so great and friendly to my kids and I. I would definite stay there again when we come back "

"The location is centrally located. You can pretty much walk to any of the tourist locations or to catch a train that will take you anywhere. The coffee shop inside the hotel is very good."

"I took this getaway with my husband it was beautiful room!! Had a really nice view, loved the valet option, the heated pool was great and nice view cristal clear water pool there was a little dirtiness in the pool on the floor. Room service is slow I asked for waters and it came to the room at the second call two hours after. wish there was a pamphlet in the room of what services, restuarants and amenities we can do in the hotel. Also walking from the pool to the other tower and going by the check in is a hassle and it can be very unsafe to come all wet from the pool and wet the check in entrance floors. we didnt see another way to get through the other tower. other than that it was good thank you! "

"Breakfast was great. Staff was a bit snobby and did not seem happy to be working there. Hotel was very noisy and I noticed several holes in the walls at different points in the hotel which I thought was odd. It was my first stay at a Hilton hotel and I don't thing I'd stay at another one. "

"The rooms are very small. No good for families. The area hasn't good dining options, just fast food. The hotel is close to all downtown landmar sites "

"Room service was good from the hotel restaurant. We did not visit the bar or restaurant in person but turn down service was accommodating for extra coffee for our mornings before we headed out on the town. Room was beautiful and loved the balcony view. Had to ask for refrigerator for medicine, but they got one for the second day. No microwave in room."

"The location was excellent for an event I attended at TD Garden, just steps away. The room was small but efficient, very comfortable and affordable. I loved the bed right up against the large window overlooking the city. The mood lighting and sounds were great. I would stay there again!"

"While the architecture and room were certainly pleasing, the staff was less than helpful. I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."

"Cool boutique hotel in an older building, but new, modern rooms. Our room had an awesome exposed-brick wall, comfy king bed and pillows, and it was super clean. Great access to the harbor and an easy walk to the north end and Commons - just follow the Freedom Trail brick line. "
